PANNIERS
G'Day Mates, The old hoary chestnut of which panniers would best suit my needs question? I think that my patience has just about run out with my Touratech 43litre aluminium panniers on the 1100GS. I lost another lid today coming along Roe Highway despite having the steel security wire on it. OK I ca...

Hi Bill,
I have been following your thread and I am definitely keen to go, but I can only get a few days off in September sometime. Is that a possibility for you? Perhaps we could do some sort of round trip and the Murchison may have dried out a little?
Cheers
Patrick

Motorcycle Written Off
Hi everyone, Just to let you know I survived a rear ender yesterday afternoon on my way home from work. The same cannot be said for my R1150RT. I am still thanking my lucky stars. A young woman did not even brake before impact. I was intending to turn right and had commenced indicating at least 200m...

Another Great Spanner Day
I have just arrived home from having spent the whole day out preparing my 'iron lady' for the rigours of the off-road riding season. I spent the morning at JonO's place sorting out a battery terminal connection and getting my potties to function correctly. Success on both counts. It is one thing to ...

Sensational Tom,
You are a Legend!
And I thought the 28 parrot I hit going home up the inland road through the Wheatbelt and wiping out my right hand mirror was a bugger
Thankfully you and Marion were unharmed.
What's a few more dollars?
Patrick
