Alert! Alert!
Re: Alert! Alert!
shit mate that's no good....hope you had it insured to the hilt.
Re: Alert! Alert!
Tom, sorry to hear this news...make sure you post a similar thread on any or all forums that you have access to to get maximum exposure to this...Beemers are not common in this state (compared to other makes) and the more people that know about it the more chance you have of recovery (or at least catch the pricks who did it).

Oh Tom, really sorry to hear this. I hope it turns up, but glad to hear you have it insured.
Will keep any eye out but I recon it's on a truck heading interstate. I'd watch bikesales and gumtree interstate and look out for parts being advertised as well.

Re: Alert! Alert!
Tom sorry to hear the terrible news. I don't know if its worth giving the Eucla cops a ring to let them in on what's happened. I agree with Jono it's probably heading that way as Perth is too small to keep a stolen bike like that here. They could keep an eye out for it. Also let BMW know , they have fairly substantial records of individual bikes in their computer system.

There is nothing more gut wrenching than finding your bike gone. Best of luck with finding it in one piece mate and we'll be keeping an eye out too.
Cheers,

Re: Alert! Alert!
Cripes Tom I feel totally devastated about the loss of my old love, so can understand your feelings about it been stolen.
What a gut wrenching, sickening, frustrating and helpless feeling you must be feeling?
Great that you are insured mate but also agree that the bike back in your posession is your greatest desire.......apart from meting out some home grown justice on the slimy scum that took it........................They are lower then a snakes arsehole.
Good luck with recovering it mate and my thoughts are with you.

Re: Alert! Alert!
Send pic & specs to BMW clubs throughout, for all members & BMW riders to be on lookout...Turn it into a "where's Wally" competition throughout the country...Make it red hot.

Sorry to hear this Tom.
F'ken low lifes... wouldn't you just love to know their address and then run a 20 year campaign of theft/vandalism on their property. Give em a taste of the grief they inflict.

Tom maaate...
Commiserations on your loss.
...Just a thought...
Have you thought closer to home?
It would appear to me that someone knew well how you garaged it?
How could it be lifted out unnoticed?
Any cctv handy?
