New Police Bike?

Post by Swampy »

Bry,
Question for you. I was speaking to a motorcycle policeman at Midland Honda on Wednesday morning where he was getting a puncture repaired we got to talking BMW.

He claims that the force will be getting BMW motorcycles soon but didn't know what type.

Are you able to inform of what you guys will be riding soon?

Regards

Looks like a $2.4 million tender that was called last year that was split between Yamaha and BMW

Good grief I was wondering about the 2014+ and how I was going to get my hands on one.
Guys please don't bid them up at auction because I'm very very stingy.
In the mean time I'm loving my 2007RT-P.............so much that I actually washed it the other day...first time :P
I was going to ride it until I wore it out but I dont think I'll have enough petrol money for that.
Polar White BMW's are a thing of beauty.

Good to hear the RT-P is going well. Mine has hit 88,888 km and is running great.

Will we see you at the 2016 Border run?

Gidday Bozo.
Boss at works going O/S so I have to be there instead of Border Run.
I have promised to take the "Love and Kisses" next year. She's accustomed to adversity having been raised on Clemo's stately ancestral prickle farm "Wombat Flat" just out of Northam.
My RT-P from NSW(affectionately renamed "Roger Rogerson) has also reached the 89000KMS milestone. Couldn't be happier with the sled.

Ive ordered a Corbin Seat........Its be handcrafted by Hispanic Artisans and is probably receiving some type of papal blessing as we correspond.
The last one I had was made by Jesus(Hesus)..............I wonder if he still works there?? Thats going to be an omen if he's making this one.
For the life of me I cant envisage why else it would take up to 12 weeks to arrive.

Must get along to one of the Club rides for the customary BMW bevies and cucumber sandwiches(possibly now Bakery fare).......must order some Nametags.
Seriously Ive been crazy busy (the great Timber Flooring Repair of 2016) followed by ( My Rentals Roof needs to get replaced)......its been exceedingly dull and sober.

Given the name of your bike you must have had a successful trial and have that Whisky a Go Go feeling.
