I didn't know Bill that well, but my condolences to his family and fellow club members who knew him.

Re: Funeral for Bill Emery
Bill was a great bloke who introduced me to the club 9 months ago and was always ready to share his knowledge. Helped me quite a bit and was wonderful on tune up days. He will be greatly missed.

We'll miss you Bill, for a long long time to come...
You are always with a warm welcome and pleasantries. A good natured and soft spoken gentleman. Your knowledge in BMW airheads and all things mechanical immense. Ever ready with a helping hand, or rather, tools in hand - to get our bikes going, no problem or task too difficult or too small!
You will always be a treasure to our humble club and to all who know you. Your contributions to the club and to us have been innumerable. You have left your mark here with us, in our hearts, in our minds and the little spec of dirt we call W.A., with your intellectual conversations, your presence at Sunday morning coffee at Farrell's, your hosting the monthly tuning days at your abode, your contributions on the world wide web the world over and so much more!
I will always appreciate what you have thought and done for me and the club through your honesty, openness, technical help and most of all, example!
You are truly missed.

Re: Funeral for Bill Emery
Thanks to all the Club members who attended Bill's funeral and Wake, and all those who sent messages.
Dee sent me an email to show her appreciation.....
"Just a quick note to say thank you to you and the BMW Club
for all your kindness and love especially over the past few weeks.
Bill would have been pleased , honoured and humbled by the Clubs
efforts today."
Regards
Lefty
