Things you do to own a 1200GSA

Post by bill9117 »

For those interested, I recently drove my ute by myself for 6 days travelling 8000km there and back to Tumat in the Snowy Mountains in NSW to pick up a 2009 1200GSA with 9000k's that I put a bid on and to my suprise I won on e-bay.
Not having a lot to do but drive I occasionally stuck my camera out the window and took happy snaps as I progressed to and from the other side of Oz during my 6 days of 12-14 hrs of driving. To view the progression to and from across Oz click on the following web site

Having got back and managing to get the bike off the back of the ute without dropping it I took it for a spin and am rapped.
It was worth all the trial and tribulations of the trip with all the worries of "what if this happens" and all the risks of things going wrong and all the other possibilities that cross one's mind about undertaking such a trip. It was a great adventure
