My name is Barra O Luanaigh and I'm from Ireland but now live in Fremantle.
I own a 1991 BMW R80 GS (2nd one i love them so much) 8) 8) , in ireland but I'm hoping to purchase something on this side of the world . I suppose I'm hoping to find some info from you guys and gals regarding the best place to purchase or if anyone has something for sale.
anyway greetings once again.

G'day Barra.

They can be hard buggers to find... particularly a good one. Not sure what GS bike you're after, but if you're considering a 1200 it may be a sellers market out there. You are the 3rd person I know who's currently looking for 1200GS.

Mmmm... makes me wonder, might be a chance to update to a newer one  .

Anyway - welcome to the fold Barra.

Cheers

Hello Barra,

John Wightman has an immaculate 800GS he is thinking of selling. Someone was interested in it last week. i will see if he still has it.

You are welcome to give me a call on 0406112916. My G/S may not be immaculate but it has been to Paynes Find and back a couple of times and its LICENSED! You won't believe what a torture it is to do this simple operation.
