Of rugged mountain ranges, of droughts and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons, I love her jeweled sea.
Her beauty and her terror, the wide brown land for me."

You know what Swampy..

been a long time since the Wallabies have put up a truly Aussie side...not being racist, but the side does look and sound like a second string All Blacks side.

hasn't been the same since God retired...no Farr Jones, no Lynaghs, no Smiths..or any other names that sound Australian, most of them would be at home playing for Counties or Taranaki.

Fair go

Like Nick Farr Jones most of the 30 man 2014 Wallabies squad were born in NSW.

Players like Kurtley Beale, Saia Fainga'a, Israel Folau and Tatafu Polota-Nau were all born in NSW.

Matt Toomoa was born in Victoria.

There are a few NZ born players and the odd Fijian and Samoan but that is multicultural Australia.

Around a quarter of Australians were born overseas and 43.1% have at least one overseas parent.

Well, well....disappointed, but was quite evenly balanced...I will not mention the "high" tackle that everyone thought was OK except the ref [3 points to Aus] and the yellow card high at the end [try to Aus]. Two game changers.

One more to go - in SA!

Did I just mention that?
