The only major change I can see is standard - ABS (extra weight and more to go wrong on your adventures and the V nice 24 litre tank (600 km ± range) under the seat keeping weight nice and low.

Now I wonder how much one of those would be as an upgrade for my stable of 2 x GS 800's? Oh silly me the part would cost a small mortgage from BMW - yes time for an upgrade...!
