Leaving WA catch-up

Well it looks as though I am finally off.
I plan to leave Perth heading for Phillip Island on my GS on Wednesday May 7th. hoping to catch the Tasmania group as they return to Victoria on May 11th. My house is now let and I am out on Thursday this week, gives me a few days to get over the past few manic weeks and get final details sorted. The plan is to fly from Melbourne on Wednesday May 14th leaving my GS in Mcfarkles capable hands..... he's getting quite a collection now. I will then at last join the one bike in Perth and one on Phillip Island club.
Anybody interested in a catch up before I leave, don't want to just ride off into the sun rise (well maybe a little after the sunrise, I am going east not west) without saying good buy or even a ride east with me on Wednesday ?

Lets see what adventures I can have with my UK 1200 LT, I somehow don't think they will be quite the same as my Australian adventures, I am already looking forward to getting back to WA.

Thank you to all the good friends, good people and riders I have met through this brilliant club, I will miss you all.

My suggestion is to meet for Breakfast as usual, go for a ride, and end up at the Publican Bar/Cafe (774 Albany Highway Vic Park) opposite The Park Centre
around 3:oo pm for farewell drinks with Dave. Don't worry about drink driving, you can have a coffee after your first beer !

Don't worry, I won't be playing music that day

This venue is also my suggestion for an alternative Breakfast Venue, if the parking at Catalanos becomes a problem
There is plenty of parking out the back, and across the road at the shopping centre

So, come along on Sunday, checkout the venue, and give Dave F-S a send off

Cheers
Lefty

The Republican does not do breakfast...how is it a good choice for Sunday breakfast.

Won't be able to attend Dave as in the field as usual, but we said our goodbyes a few weeks ago - all the best in your adventures back to the old country and sure to see you back in WA at some point.

Bozo, I spoke to one of the Managers last week, and he said they are going to start doing breakfasts soon. He seemed very keen to have us there

Therefore, it is a good choice for Sunday Breakfast.

I have passed on the contact details to Jono, who will follow it up.
