Deliberately Obscuring Number Plates = $1000 fine

Just in case you're wondering when this will be enforced in Western Australia

A work mate got done late last year ,on his Harley must of been one of the first
Poor bugger at Christmas took off from some traffic lights lost control hit the kerb bikes a right off ,and he has a broken wrist wtf :shock:
