Have now clocked up 384 ks since picking up "Baby Blue" yesterday morning

Apart from a loose gear shift lever which saw me leave todays ride to return home to fix before rejoining everyone in Quindanning for lunch shes running like a BMW should.

Definitly need a screen though as I've been spoilt by the 1200

Great to see you on a new bike and for the effort to get to Quindanning.

Good dry day with lots of corners to scrub your tyres in.

44 works much better than 42.

Might need to put a nappy on baby blue's rear end to catch oil the oil off the chain.

The small rubber hairs on Baby Blue's boots are called sprues.

In the USA they are also commonly called nubs.

They are also known as whiskers, rubber hairs, nibs, nipples and tits.

There are removal tools to shave the sprues so that Baby Blue can look more like Vater Blau.

I bet Baby Blue will have sprueless boots before too long.

Has anyone got a sensible suggestion for a good screen for Baby Blue?

Swampy it really depends if you are doing lattes at Cats or transiting to the Mundaring Dome via burnt out back roads. I personally reckon you could save yourself the money on a big screen and screw the rear shock up hard so the arse is up in the air (the bike) , then the screen will be facing forward and the wind will fly up and over your neck brace and helmet. You can try this in the garage at home with a fan blowing at the front of the bike.

OR

SAMSUNG High definition big screen with whoop arse speakers, then you can sit on the bike in the shed and practice burning the sprues off whilst watching reruns of your favourite modern motorcycle movies, like the great escape.

bring it round to the tuning day and we can time people going round the block on it. The queue starts behind me. Swampy if you are coming to the next tuning day, please make sure you let me know on the Thursday, then I can drop earplugs off at the neighbours house for when we drill out your cat converter and do blockies to test for noise and sprue removal. Has anyone got a pocket size metric sprue micrometre? This could be used for quality checks each Sunday at Catalanos, I can also bring my laser heat checker to see if the tyres have been overheated in the garage in front of the big screen..

Ride my baby blue and check out the big screen.

Check out Motoradd Garage for the screen, but I reckon you should try Alex's plan first, doesn't sound cheaper but definitely more fun.

But I think you guys have really being spying on me?

I do actually ride a pushbike on a roller apparatus for 40 minutes most days of the week with a fan on me but without the plasma

I suppose I could substitute baby blue for the pushie, Much more fun without the pain but how would I get a lean up without falling off I wonder? ..........................Trainer wheels ?:P
