G'ay all
Was out purchasing a new front tube for my "Crash Master " DR. The guy at the counter showed me the Tu Bliss tire about $100 and $60 to fit.
The reviews say it's the ducks guts ... if it's fitted correctly almost puncture proof and you can run your tyre flat in say deep sand.
The tube runs about 100 psi and locks your tyre to the rim , then you inflate your TYRE to say 20 psi.
Some guys from albany use it so it's been out for a while ... i'm blond and only just saw it today.... doh!!!!
Is there anyone here use them an what do you think.

They weren't available for 17" rims...only 21" and 18". Not sure if that's changed.

In preparing for the top half of the CSR i did a fair bit of research into this system and views differ widely on them.

59 Den from Albany has used them for quite a while and swears by them while on the other hand Peter from Tyres For Bikes doesn't recommend them for a range of reasons.

In the end I decided against trialling them for such a long ride and went with heavy duty tubes instead.

Not sure if this helps or not...

Thanks for that . ......... They are probably very good
I was of the opinion that if it was that hard to get on and you are in the sticks and manage to bust it
then you're gunna have a bugger of a time getting it off to fit a tube. Had my share of being stuck out bush.
Think I will stick with my tube and a packet of patches.
cheers
