My daughter wants to bring her bike to Perth from Melbourne between Christmas - New Year or early New Year. It's a Suzuki TU250. Any suggestions please? Regrettably due to logistical constraints a ride is out of the question this time. Perhaps on the way back!

Bikes only did door to door, Ceduna to Perth middle of year for me.
No crate just leave the bike so they can move it and the alarm turned off.

I think approximately $500-550, they may have had special on at the time.
Picked up 11/8 with an east bound truck, taken to depot and then consolidated with next west bound shipment and dropped on the 30/8

I have used Fergusson Motorcycle Transport a few times, although not recently. They transport additional items such as luggage, helmets etc, whilst at the time I used them the others didn't offer this service. http://www.motorcycleexpress.com.au/

I just used 1300 bikes a couple of weeks ago. Very efficient, no crating needed. It's depot to depot but they will do local pick ups too. $695 one way including insurance. Ida in Melbourne is a switched on cookie.

Thank you to everyone who replied directly and by a reply post. It's been great. She has been chasing quotes and getting organised. I expect we will see her at breakfast in the new year.
