This event is coming up very quickly. The venue looks great, the ride to the Stirling Ranges can be dirt or black-top, prizes for the camp cooking talent will be amazing and this event is usually great fun and allows everyone to enjoy much camaraderie with fellow BMWMCCWA club members in this beautiful part of our state for this weekend..
Bill and Doris are starters

Just received confirmation from the Camp ground - Cooking can only happen over fire pit, BBQ's or camp kitchen, fire wood is supplied.
As the site is part of the National Park - No naked flames allowed, other than the designated site facilities.
Camping fee is $14 per head, payable onsite.
Black top roads to the front gate, so only ~2km of dirt into site

Bring along your camp oven or similar to utilise the fire pit, or get creative and prepare a meal that does not require cooking....

Auto Classic have donated great first and second prizes for the overall winners and we will provide goodies bags for placings

Sunday we can head out in search of some wildflowers in the region, before making our way home on Monday.

We have some great prizes up for grabs, generously donated by Jonas @ Auto Classic and Howard and Petra @ Motorrad Garage, so come along and throw your hat in the ring for a chance at the prizes.
Don't forget to thank the sponsors for their support, when you next visit their stores.
We have 2 judges - JP and Hendo, Hendo won the very first Camp cook Off with his stuffed pumpkin beautifully cooked in the coals of the fire - which epitomises what the night is all about, nutritious meals without the need for high tech equipment

JP also won a few years later, with his enthralling popcorn and TV show
This is a great event and a good excuse for a bike ride in the Great Southern region amongst the wildflowers and ranges.

Hello fellow Beemers
We have decided to relocate the Camp Cook Off due to recent weather forecasts for the Southwest not being very conducive to camping.
My Black top + 14km dirt into Gabyon Station will meet at Bindoon Bakery at 8am Saturday for an 8.30am departure.
Jon's alternative route will also meet and depart from Bindoon at the same time
Let Jon or myself know if you are planning to tag along, so we can keep an eye out for you.
