Will voting cards be issued to financial members?

Yes, the secretary is in the process of confirming nominees accept the respective nomination, then proxy voting form will be sent out.

That proxy voting form... Looks like we need to register on a third party site {JotForm} for this. Is that right?

To log into the site for the proxy vote, the following pictorial how to should help members who are not familiar with the BMWMCCWA multimedia web pages. The page you are on at the moment is the club PUBLIC FORUM PAGE. In order to access the page for the PROXY voting you must go to the Offical Club web page http://www.bmwmccwa.asn.au and you will see the following page come up.....



In order to get to the members only LINK, there needs to be a log in. See photo....
If you haven’t logged in before and you are a current paid up member, you might have to set up a new password in order to log in to the members only site. Once you are logged in you can open the PROXY voting link to make your selection.

I found an error on the voting form permissions which should be fixed now. please have another go. You don't need to register for Jotform the Voting form only requires that you are a paid up member of the BMWMCCWA.

So on the night when the vote is a show of hands, how do you distinguish between financial members and non?

I understand that on the night of the AGM they have a list of who’s active member status and who isn’t. They get a voting form when they sign in to tick who they want for the numerous positions, so contested voting remains as a secret ballot and when voting there is no pressure to have peer group pressure forcing voting under duress.
