... not much time ....

Sometimes we get busy... well I've been busy sorting lots of things out related to family, home, business. Naturally I've missed not being able to go riding, but priorities get in the way.
Anyway, I managed to sell my house last week (target price in 5 days !!!!) with a rent-back till August, when I plan doing a final WA trip to the SA border on the border run. Of course I'll be riding my R1150RT across the country, couldn't miss a chance for a nice ride for once!!!!! I'll be continuing on to my new destination in Northern NSW from there. I have a business to move and house/kids to sort out in the lead up to that so will continue my invisibility WRT the BMW club pretty much till then, apart from the odd appearance for Sunday coffee. So, the 2011 border run is going to be a special ride for me and I am already looking forward to it.
Before I get totally consumed with the whole process or home/work/moving.... I'd just like to say that the BMWMCCWA has provided me with a great escape from quite a few issues over the years, and I have met so many really fantastic people. Life could have been a lot tougher without the interaction and release. Thanks everyone.
Micklin and I are setting up shop and home in Yamba (between Coffs and Byron, not far from Nimbin for this who partake in lifes alternative pleasures). Of course, we'd hope that there is the occasional knock on the door from a weary traveller on a BMW but we're not sure about lawn space for 5th wheelers
. At least I now have the momentum underway for the move finally, and it might take till the end of the year to get things settled over the other side. We'll catch up at breakfast, but I just wanted to thank everyone for the "moral" support over the years during what have been pretty tough times.
