Hi
I'm looking for some help.
Does anyone have a sargent low seat I could sit on before I buy. I'm a bit worried that it may be higher than the BMW low seat.
Thanks in advance
Pete

I have a Sargent Seat set for an R1200GS. I am not sure if it is a low seat but it does sit lower than the standard BMW seat. You are welcome to try it out, give me a call to arrange

Hi Jono
Thanks a lot for the offer but I ordered it on wednesday at about 8pm as I presumed that no-one had one due to no reply. It arrived today so I have just tried it on the bike and it seems fine. It does seem higher than the standard BMW low seat but not by much.
How do you find it for comfort ?
Also anyone else who is considering buy one of these if you need to try for size first just let me know as I'd be happy to help.
Thanks again Jono for your offer.
Pete

Update ..
I went for about 300 km ride yesterday with my new seat and it was great, no numb bum. Normally after about 45 mins it starts but not now. Only down side is it is a bit wider so now can only tip toe each side were as before I could get the balls of my feet on the ground both sides.

PS. It was purchased from US for $650 au delivered, the importers here want just over $900 au.

****Update ****
Just got back from the Border Run and thought I'd let you all know how the seat went.
Fantastic. 972 km the first day and nothing at all, no sore bum
Did just under 3200 over the 4 days and was totally comfy all the time and no sore bum.
Would defo recommend over the stock seat.
Offer still open to try mine if your thinking about upgrading.
