Lefty,
that was soooo funny but unfortunately, he happened to be doing the wrong thing, at the wrong time, at the wrong place (riding the wrong bike?) .
But I couldn't stop laughing at just how "unlucky" the guy was.

The message is: don't pop wheelies when the local motorcycle bobbies are sat down enjoying a quite cappochino in the 'burbs on a Sunday morning.
