Let me know if this suits and I will see you there.
Otherwise Enjoy your Thursday!!

Friday 11th Feb. Ride instead of Thursday!!
"I love a sunburnt country, a land of sweeping plains.
Of rugged mountain ranges, of droughts and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons, I love her jeweled sea.
Her beauty and her terror, the wide brown land for me."

Personally, Thursday suits me better.

Re: Friday 11th Feb. Ride instead of Thursday!!
The forecast was too hot for some however we still had nine turn up for the Thursday catchup at Mojo’s. The covid restrictions were in force with a vaccination status check. The round table discussion revolved around axle replacements for electric bikes, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and delivery delays for ordered bikes.
Five opted for the ride with Brian leading, with Steve, David, Eddy and Peter as TEC. The intent was to loop north then head south. It was out via Railway terrace to Sawyers Valley. Then north through Mt Helena, a few dog legs to end up turn down Stoneville Rd from Anketell. Then via The Spring, Reen, Reserve and Copley-Dale roads for a pause at the Peter Brock Memorial. Turning off O’Brien to go via the woops, to descend down from the scarp on Weir Rd, then turning onto Toodyay Rd from Campersic. It was here that the majority abandoned the ride. Steve & David heading for home and Peter heading to saturate his O2 levels.
The two-remaining carried on across to and under the Great Eastern Hwy, then up to Helena Valley and across Ridge Hill, Gooseberry Hill and then on to Kalamunda. Here we decided to shorten the ride terminating it at the Kalamunda Dome. After refreshments I returned home down the zig-zag. Eddy had decided he had enough corners and went north via a more directly home.
Another very enjoyable morning ride and social catchup, thanks all

Re: Friday 11th Feb. Ride instead of Thursday!!
Thanks to Brian for leading and Peter as TEC. Me, I went home early and changed out my rear tyre cause apparently the other one was passed it’s use by date (according to some; I reckon there was still some life left in it).
See you on the other side.
