Re: Thursday 6th April - Mojo Mundaring
B/5, DFS, Safety Dave and Andrew left Ascot for a loop north to Mundaring. One separated to take the direct root after an unsuccessful attempt to go down Park Rd, still closed for maintenance. We ended up using Margaret Rd to head through Parkerville and Stoneville. At Mojo’s we meetup with DFS, Bill & Noel.
After discussions on faulty ABS warnings and battery charger safety, three riders headed off for Bindoon Bakehaus. The route was up to Reen, backdown to the woops before heading north. A deviation to check out the new Clementine Estate subdivision in Upper Swan. Then back through the road works to Bullsbrook, Chittering Valley and on the Bindoon.
Ideal riding weather, very little traffic and well-behaved emus who stayed their side of the fences.
Even the Bakehaus was not crowded. Timing was ideal because as we were leaving a tourist bus turned up.
Thanks guys a very relaxing and enjoyable days riding. I was even waved through a breathalyzer stop on the way home.
