After a protracted discussion on Readhead Road at North Dandalup on Thursday and this morning it was a pleasure to head to Gingin for the British Car Show. 12 riders saddled up to slice through the Swan Valley and the sprawling suburbs to get to Old Yanchep Road. Ted, David, R90S Mark, His Royal Griceness, Nick, Rainer, Rod Rocket Peter, Vic, Rob, Goldie, Peter Bee and Bozo had a Rolls Royce ride to Gingers before leaving the parade of classic cars for a run along Neaves Road and some freedom on Old Yanchep Road. A flat tyre created a road hazard that was safely circumvented by the group to arrive in a packed Gingin. Path parking was conveniently located before an hour of looking around the plethora of vintage and contemporary british vehicles. Rare items were a Bentley Woody or Shooting Brake, a Hillman Imp with an Impreza boxer rear engine and a trailer made out two Daimler boots.

A quick run to Bindoon down Moolabeenie Road had us eating bakery goods before a run home on Blue Plains and Powderbark Roads.
A very happy group on a great day for riding. Thanks to Peter Bee for running as Tail End Charlie.
