Subject: BMW Club annual dinner
Jennacubine Tavern and Hall - seems to have been a popular venue in the past with many members recalling the "best steak in oz". Dinner would be at the tavern at @ $38 depending on meal selected.
Hire of the hall is still $50 with a $250 deposit in case of damage or cleaning bill.
We can cook our own brekky the following day on the bbq's available or go back to the tavern.
Springhills farm stay near Boddington
As you would have seen on the website http://www.springhills.com.au our accommodation is upto 40 throughout 9 rooms, we also have a twin ensuite room in house
Costing per person per night accommodation is $44 for these rooms
For any one wishing to camp it is $11 per person, however would prefer that at least 20 guests take up the rooms
Evening meal is a two course set cavary buffet at $38.50 and cooked breakfast is $12.50
Please call if you have any further questions
Thanks
Robyn
Someone may have other options, please lets hear about them

June 2011 Annual dinner venue suggestions
Re: June 2011 Annual dinner venue suggestions
Hi Hermann
A lot of water has passed under the bridge since this last posting but I believe that we are close to coming up with a date in July (traditional time for this event) at the very popular Jennacubine Tavern. It should not clash with (gosh I almost said Desert Raid, wash your mouth out Wightman!) the Border Run, or be too close to our July Monday meeting.
