Jodee and I are keen... We were thinking about a much longer ride but we could do with a nice easy weekend for a change.

Look forward to it.

Ken,

We would be keen to meet up at or close to your place and ride down to Byford with you if you like? Perhaps meet somewhere for brunch close to your place before heading down?

Hi JP,

I don't think it's been decided yet, it's a case of
Pick a spot and that will do.

Thank you to all on this little camp trip. we had a great time and even fitted in a few hours in York today.

A particular big thank you to Nigel with his ride leading and general welcoming / good attitude toward mentoring less experienced riders!

Davey.... what can I say mate?? isn't the flat battery thing a recurring theme? Too many gadgets wired in! hope you made it back ok in the end. we all appreciate the support that you provided in the way of fetching beer and ice, bringing a table and removing trash. keep up the good work (you don't need a bike)!!!

Tim & Jodee

ps to my knowledge the only bike that took a snooze was Marco's!!??

In regards to the campfire quiz, question 1:

and here:

someone owes me their left nut

and yes,........I had a flat battery and had to wait 4 1/2 hrs for the RAC to rock up. Sure glad they don't run the ambulance service :!:
