Hi all,

With a long weekend ride coming up it is my opportunity to catch up with my metropolitan fellow members.

I would like to catch up with those of you coming down from Perth say around Bridgetown and head south with you from there.

Are there any plans/arrangements for the ride south out yet?

Paddy, Myself and Evelyn plan to head to PBay so if those Metro boys don't get back to you I'm happy to join you, I spent 4 days down there over the Xmass -New year and man was it busy, the cars, bikes, 4 wheelers on the beach were dangerous.

I will be leading some riders from Perth at 8:30 Saturday morning
I am planing on going thru Harvey, Collie ,Mumballup, Donnybrook, Kirup (Stopping for famous pies),Balingup, Nannup,Bridgetown, Manjimup, Walpole, Peaceful Bay.
Probably Bridgetown around 1:00pm. Call me on 0402578604, or leave your No. on this forum. I will contact you through the morning (coverage permitting?)

Robin Morritt will be leading a group from about 7:30 Saturday, and heading for some dirt tracks.

Either way, I hope to catch up with you in Peaceful Bay

hi I may be able to come on the long w/e ride. How many are going, I guess its all on sealed roads and I presume we are camping when we get there.

Hi Lefty,

I haven't met anyone in this group yet (other than on-line) so was hoping to introduce myself & tag along for a while on the ride. I won't be able to go as far as Peaceful Bay unfortunately.

I was thinking of meeting up at the Southwest H'way / Coalfields H'way intersection at Roelands (I assume that will be your route from Harvey to Collie) and peeling off around Smith Brook to return home via the Vasse H'way.

I hope this is OK.

What is your ETA at Roelands?

I'll be on a black R1150R.

There should be about a dozen or more going, some with me on the bitumen, and some with Robin in the dirt.
Yes, we will be camping, $10 per night. Toilets and showers available. Bring food, Tavern not far away.
