So, based on the lack of replies, there's no BMW Club charity ride this year

Mr Sprocket this is the date for the club Xmas party which is probably why there is a lack of participants

Dave the better Xmas ride IMHO is the Mandurah ride, I've done it several times, Dawn and I did it on the sidecar last year and will be doing it again this year.

It is on the weekend after the Perth one, starts at the Ravenswood Hotel and finishes at the Mandurah Western Foreshore, sausage sizzle, show and shine, live band and some stalls.

Bill, I ass u me- d that not all members were attending the Christmas Party, and so might be interested in an alternative option. Just think, two events at the same time to consider.

Who would have imagined that would be possible !

Enjoyable Charity ride with 1,000s of bikes.

Spotted lots of BMWs including the "Steel Pony".

There was also an immaculate Black BMW K Trike.

Bully was rumoured to be there but I can confirm Dirt Boy and Sprocket were as they endlessly rabbitted on about scooters and loud exhaust pipes.

I was there, front and centre, saw you come in on the police special. I didn't do the ride but was spotted at several times.

yes the sprocket and dirtboy were there, sprocket had the wide vehicle signs on, beats me how a solo can be wider than my landcruiser spec'd sidecar.

caught up with lots and lots of mates, had a good look at Bruce's trike ( what a machine ) , did a lot of shit stirring ( who'd of thunk it ) , spotted a HP2 that I hadn't seen before. great to see a big turnout, sent my donation onwards with one of the Bikes Unlimited boys.

Sprocket ... 3 BMWs?

I estimate there were at least 50 BMW bikes amongst the crowd.

They included a BMW rat bike, the stunning K trike, lots of 1200Gs's, a sparkling 1200c, a sharp PD, an old 650gs and a white ex police bike.
