Snail Trail Ride - 1 December

Post by Digger »

http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=931798

This is the second ride of this type but will focus more on some of the skills required to go adventure riding. This activity is conducted 'externally' to the club. This ride will include demos and allow for practice using different scenarios. Have a look at the link and decide for yourself whether you think it is right for you. You will not improve and develop your skills unless you get out there and practice.
Regards

I plan to be there on the big girl to improve my own sand riding ability. If anyone is thinking of going, i would ask that you put your name on the list (on the link). if you are not registered with AdvRider than let me know and i will add your name to the list (cost nothing to register) :| 8)

Please. Please. Please make sure you have really good front tyres ( not Tourances) as this time of year the tracks are very, very slippery. You need all the grip you can get. Rear tyre is not as important but still be good to have TKC 80 or Heidenau at least.

Try only putting in half a tank of fuel this time, that will help lighten the load.
