Sailing opportunity

I am looking for a third person for my 35 foot sloop Sade (2002 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey) to make up a crew of three for a leisurely cruise in April. Sade is based in Penang. Ideally the person I am looking for will be able to fill the role as my first mate so this will not suit a total novice. This would be an ideal opportunity for an upcoming skipper who has cruising ambitions especially in SE Asia. A genuine interest and respect for Asian culture and being comfortable in Asia is essential. Steak and three veg is definitely not on the menu. Rice, noodles, pasta, roti are in. Crew share in galley duties. My plan is to sail from Penang on 9/4/14 and return 23/4/14. Cost is $420 based on $30/night plus 1/3 share of food and berthing fees and fuel.
