Sussing out the Anniversary Ride

Bill and Doris, Rainer and Di, Brian/5 and Bozo headed into the hills to look for an interesting ride that could be used for the BMW Anniversary.
It was a magnificent day to explore the Darling Ranges and the path taken had very little traffic.
As is the case with any ride involving Bozo there were a sprinkling of cyclists including two lollipop men wielding massive Stop/Slow signs. Fortunately we only hit a few stragglers.
Bickley Valley was almost as good as Victoria said Brian/5, Mundaring Weir quickly slipped into the rear vision mirror as did the MGB's in the Coles Car Park. A couple of cycling clowns with no helmets were safely passed as we headed to Mount Helena.
Bunning Road between Mount Helena and Gidgegannup was surprisingly good. Rainer pointed out a variation to O'Brien Road and we took the loop with its interesting corners.
The woops at Lancewood Drive were a variation to ride full of twisties.
Down the scarp at Brigadoon we had to stop for a cappuccino. Fortunately Taylors was not far away. After a coffee and a chat we headed home.
An enjoyable ride with great company.
