A new K a new C and the Sunshine Band

Beautiful weather for riding and with both Paul (1200 K Bike) and Drew (1200C) adding to their motorcycle collections it only took a small amount of arm twisting by Tom to get seven members to put down their lattes and head into the Darling Scarp. Tom and Paul set out the route, hustled the participants and then told Bozo to ride off first.
The sunny dispositions of Bill, Brian and Trish, Carl, German Paul, Drew, Tom and Bozo breezed through the Bickley Valley, on past Mundaring Weir through Stoneville to Reen Road. We ran into Robin who had his own ride plan and turned off towards York.
A ride through the Marri Hills then back along Reserve Road with its steep rises then to Gidgegannup to water Brian's 170 horses. Toodyay Road then a deviation through Sandplain Road to the Coca Cola Café. Bill decamped towards the bakery returning with a brilliant looking pie well before the last flat whites arrived at our table.
After discussing ride planning, country taverns, fuel consumption as well as undertaking multiple bike spotting and deciding that the optimum number of bikes in a collection was 4, we idled down the main street and Bill and Tom took the quick way home.
The remaining 5 enjoyed the sweeping bends of the Clackline - Toodyay Road and the quiet back roads of Coates Road and Werribee Road before splitting up at Mundaring.
Thanks to Tom and Paul for the arm twisting to undertake a very enjoyable ride in almost perfect conditions.
