Hyden Road reports

Anyone got ideas on the condition of the Hyden-Norseman Road for next week?

I intend doing 2-up to The Breakaways, and I know that this part of the road is not so bad when it is raining since we've done it before.

...and while on that, there must be some who camp in the rain, or is there a tendance to stay in hotels when it is bucketting down.
It was great weather last year, so the camp fires didn't go out.
