I'll be going this year after a hiatus Last Year. I'm travelling on the main drag ,no detours ,heading off really early Friday 4th August. That is unless someones got any better ideas? Could be swayed down South for a hit-out Wed, Thurs, Friday heck Iv'e got time on my hands...........anyone up for a less direct route?

Im starting to suspect that you're all going to chuck a huge surprise Party for me on the Saturday night at Border Town.

Sat Night : Border Village Motel..........Massive suprise Party for me BMWMCCWA (10th Birthday celebrations for the RT)
Friday : Norseman Pub

I'll be having a "jolly nice time of it" Taking my thermos and tupperware lunch box
I suspect the iconic "Border Run" is taking a back seat to other stuff this year for many
I like it and im looking forward to putting around down south.

At least 2 more of us will be at Caiguna Friday night. If only the 3 of us turn up to the Border Run, that will almost equal the 1995 turn-out.

Good time had by all.
I dont think the Party was for me however.
There was some kind of costume Party going on out there.
All these people with funny uniforms and badges, being herded around, group photos, giving speeches.(didnt listen)
I saw "Old Sissies", "Farcyrders" but no-one from Operation devils Undies.
Meanwhile the free spirits were at the fire ...........
We just came as ourselves.
