Only 2 weeks to go

Proposed route will be published within the next week, dust off your camping gear and fuel the bike.

Last year we had over 20 bikes - lets try for 20 plus again this year, a good run for your faithful airhead, nice run for any oily head or a jaunt for your LC - Either way a good excuse to get out into the countryside and enjoy some fellowship with like minded people in pleasant surroundings.

The small farming community benefits greatly from the cash injection and interaction with city folk, so join in and help our country neighbours out.

Dirt ride to Bencubbin.

I plan to meet at the Caltex in Stratton, 240 Toodyay Road/corner of Farrall Road. 8-15am for a 8-30am departure.

The planned route is mostly dirt and will be roughly 315km to Bencubbin, we will pass through Toodyay for fuel if required and Dowerin for fuel/lunch. Hopefully arriving mid/late afternoon.

Going off last year the roads were good gravel roads all the way through, so hopefully it will be a great ride.

Anyone welcome to tag along.

Hi
Are we Blacktop warriors stopping at the Bakehaus in Bindoon? ( What with I coming from Northam,New York, Paris, London,.............not necessarily in that Order).
Its a bit of a Drag riding all the way to the Swan Valley then Back Out. :|
My Bikes more for flouncing around on rather than too much of this taxing riding action Cookie.

Hello Digger

You are correct, as per my post, we will be assisting our country folk by attending and injecting some cash into their economy :) and in return we get to use the facilities and grounds at no charge.

Looking forward to another great overnighter.

Great to have you along.

I've checked the BOM website and it looks like there has been no rain in the last week (as you would expect)and none due in the near future, so we will have nice dry tracks. Hopefully not too dusty.

Regards Robbo.
