The ride must continue! So meet on Thursday October 11 at Mundaring Dome at 9:30am for a prompt 9:45am departure. Destination sorted on the day.

As of typing this reply I am available for Thursday. Will let you know if that changes.

With the weather just perfect for touring Noel, Eddy, Ross, Peter and surprise attendee Bozo left Dome Mundaring and headed down to Mundaring Weir. We wound our way through some backroads, almost collecting a peacock (magnificent colours in the morning sunlight), to come onto the Brookton Highway heading towards Beverley. Some entertainment on the Highway was provided by a gaggle of MGs, Austin Healeys and Triumph (car) heading also to Beverley and a truck almost determined to run over our TEC Ross as we pulled over to take photos at Christmas Well.
We toured through the rolling green hills of Westdale before settling down for lunch in Beverley. Following a pleasant lunch, with temperatures in the mid twenties, with pies, sandwiches, juices and coffees consumed we headed towards York along the Top Beverley Road. We bypassed York and headed down Talbot West Rd and Yarra Rd to end up at the Lakes junction onto the GEH. We glided into Mundaring stopped and parted ways to head home.
A relaxing ride with great countryside, great companions and perfect weather. Thanks to everyone and especially Ross for his TEC duties.

I will be back next week to resume normal programming and at the moment the weather is predicting Wednesday in lieu of Thursday's ride is a goer!!
