Due to work commitments, with immediate effect I will no longer be able to hold the Service Days at my place. If another member is able to hold the Service Days, please contact Lefty. The Service Days are as much a social event for members to gather, chat and have a BBQ as they are to conduct mechanical/service work with the collective knowledge of the members attending on the day . There is no requirement for the person holding the Service Days to possess mechanical knowledge or skills. The Service Days are held monthly on a Saturday afternoon, usually commencing around 1200hrs. The beer fridge and the Club tools are held by the Member who volunteers for the position.

Bad news as you always put on a good day, thanks, I always enjoyed coming along and your assistance was appreciated. If no one else wants to do spanner day I'm happy to step in. I'll be shifting into a new place at the end of the month, East Victoria Park. The place has good sheltered area.

I wouldn't be able to hold a tuning day until December, as I need to settle in, however not sure if anyone would want to do a tuning day as it's so close to Christmas. If anyone else wants to hold tuning day at there place, please go for it.

I would be happy to put my hand up too, but be aware that I would only be offering for 12 months due to a potential move end of 2010.

I am also quite busy with other things, but mostly around in Perth. Home in Willetton.

There is one member of the committee who would gladly have you host the tuning days, Geoff. Me thinks Intrepid K is a little excited about his new garage!

I should also add to Intrepid's comment to Noel. Totally agree - it is a shame that we won't have you around quite as much and I know you'll be there when you can. Your assistance was, and is, very welcome and your ability to share you knowledge appreciated.
