For those that are interested as the last one departed from the south suggest we go back to a central start.
Meet at Mundaring Dome 9:00 for 9:30 departure.
I will be leaving at 8:30am from Caltex High Wycombe ( Grogan & Abernethy Roads ).
Route to be decided on the day dependent on weather and rider preferences.
As Peter is away may not be up to his usual quality

Swampy with his long range weather forecast decide not conduct his alternate Thursday ride.
Ross, Kevin & Brian all read from the forecast that the weather was ideal for a ride. This turn out to be correct with only a few drops and a comfortable 18 to 20 degrees. Relying on the forum and not facebook I nearly didn’t have route planned.
The agreement was to go to Bindoon Bakehaus rather than Swampy’s preference for Toodyay. The route out via Stoneville to Wedgetail Road in Parkerville, then up to Roland Rd to Toodyay Rd. A short burst along Toodyay Rd to Reserve Road. After that it was O’Brien down the woops to Campersic and on to Great Northern Hwy. Then West Swan road, through the Vines via Maralla, Sawpit & Warbrook roads to Bullsbrook. Then up to Bindoon using Chittering road. A relaxing lunch at the Bakehaus which was pleasantly quiet. I wanted to check out some lakes off the Brand highway which involved gravel so Kevin on his K went his own way home. Both mine and Ross GPS’s directed us down a reason gravel road. This however turn into a very sandy section. We both decided it looked too extreme so diverted back to the sealed roads home.
Thanks guys for the company and a very relaxing ride. Overall I covered just under 300kms, finishing with the fuel light on and 50kms to empty.
