The Magnificent Seven Ride the Hills!!

A beautiful cooler morning attracted a quite large group of riders to Catalano's this morning with the girls scurrying to put out extra tables for a hungry mob looking to rest their old aching bones 
Lefty decided tp park head first into the kerb but with the extra slope combined with his weight, his poor old LT struggled to prop on it's electric centre stand.........Reversing into the kerb fixed the problem
Time slipped away chatting with an animated gathering so it wasn't until 0900 that the Magnificent Seven saddled up for another Sunday ride!!
Octogenarian Ted with a fully re assembled working instrument cluster attached was there with Bill and his young bride Trish in tow. Irish Gerry made a rare appearance and a healing Herman, keen to get on the road again with a resurrected JC , fresh from Donnybrook and now a local. Rhonda on her Can Am and Swampy on Harry completed the group.
Headed out on pretty clear roads to BullsBrook via the Airport and Roe Highway. From there we took the Chittering Rd before I became dis orientated and chucked a lefty instead of a righty at a stop sign and ended up leading the pack back to an early return to Great Northern Highway before cruising into Bindoon.
We had a lengthy break with the obligatory pies being consumed with someone on a diet looking on with envy but Ted brightened his day by shouting him a coffee complete with sugarine tablet!!
Gerry headed back into Dune Country and home in the Northern Suburbs whilst six of us made our way up Bindoon Hill before deviating past the Military training area to Toodyay which was crammed with motorcycles !!
And NO we didn't stop at the Cola Cafe!!
We took to Toodyay Road and then chucked a lefty into Stoneville where Ted, Bill and Trish with water bottles replenished headed out to Dune Country and home.Good Luck Guys!!
JC, Rhonda, Herman and Swampy road on through onto Mundaring weir Road, Karragullen and onto Brookton Highway back down to Kelmscott where Rhonda and JC parted company with Herman and me as we rode South to the Promised land of the Southern suburbs and beyond to God's own Country!!
Thanks one and all for another most enjoyable ride with fantastic company and also for allowing "Harry Honda" to lead the push!!
Away this week in Busselton with the caravan, so will catch up with you all the following week for another adventure in the sun!!
