Hello Snowflakes,
I'm commencing a group ride with 30 other Riders from PAR departing from Geraldton on Saturday 12 Sep. The ride kicks off at noon. We'll be heading up to Karijini via Murchison and Mt Augustus.

G'Day Slackers,
A video of the recent Mid West Or Bust trip involving 30 Riders from PAR. Its a bit of an epic (26 minutes) but worth watching.
I have since changed the Title to something a little less dramatic.
See you on the other side.

Just got back from taking the new F850 GSA to Albany, Manypeaks and the Prongorups. Thought I would go through a few of the shots I took and sat at the computer. What else do you do when you want to keep living the dream? Dial up a Mongrel Dog Production, sit back and enjoy the ride!
Good call Digger. Desert Raid 2017 you may recall some shitty sand between Sandstone and Wiluna which I managed to lose it in and found my ankle stuck under one of the boxes the F800 GSA.
I have learned a lot from you and the boys. I now have a couple of soft bags, and I am now in training for the next Desert Raid.
Great flick mate. I love the way you run out of tyre in the middle of nowhere and get one personally delivered - Shane should be awarded a medal.
I can't wait til the next Desert Raid!

Kots, since DR17 i have found a much better (smooth, wide, high speed) unsealed road between Sandstone and Wiluna. It might come in handy for DR21 (wink, wink,)
It starts 22km east of SS and comes out 33km south of Wiluna on Goldfields Highway. No sand, great for AdvRiders.

Once again you have outshone yourself Steve!!
Great narration and filming and I especially liked your drone coverage of Mount Augustas as it gives once such a vastly different perspective from being earth bound!!
Well Done mate , I climbed to the top of Mount Augustas a few short years ago and the view from the top was well worth the effort and am glad I did it while I could as I certainly would not attempt it now in my senior years!!

Hi Swampy, thanks for the kudos. The drone does give a different perspective of the landscape...pity it takes up a bit of room. I'll have to get a support vehicle to follow me (like Boorman and McGregor).
I climbed MtA a few years ago as well and can remember it as a difficult climb. Pity about the loss of life recently. The mood at MtA Tourist Park was quite sombre on the return journey.

We should all take lessons from Australia's 'Numero Uno' bush mechanic, Toby Price
