Swamps

With Mojos closed “ Shut Happens” it was round the corner into The Artisan Bakery Cafe Mundaring, which turned out OK. Nurzo attended with Son in Law and Grandson, Swampy made a guest appearance, Wes, Ross, Eddy, John W and Peter beat the heat. But it was the latter 3 that headed through Mundaring Weir and Armadale to get to the B Shed in Freo, with the temp a pleasant 38.5. A quick catch up with some familiar and new faces, a cooling OJ and head south along the coast to Miami Bakery Falcon to have some lunch and catch up with John’s brother Matt. Now 40 as forecast, but it did not feel that hot with a pleasant breeze.
The team broke apart after lunch and I headed south around the Estuary and back to Pinjarra now hitting 41.5.
Back home at 3:30, with 330 kms done. High temp figures but did not feel that hot. Thanks Eddy and John for a pleasant ride to finish off 2020 for me. Down South next week, kiddies will have to do their own thing
