This weekend, Coalmine Beach...not much chatter yet about it.....

This weekend temperatures are high 30's, perhaps even low 40's. Count me out, I don't "enjoy" riding in such heat so not going. Was borderline anyway with a few other agenda items, but I missed CB last year and sadly look like missing it again this year.

If you left at 5:30am you could be down there before the heat starts.

I'm not sure what was discussed regarding departure times, but we usually leave about 8:30 from Vic Park
I won't be going this time, unfortunately.

Yeah, I would normally do that anyway because I love the early morning rides, but it is the coming back that is the downer. Not too keen battling the wildlife too early down south, nor am I keen on 40 degrees towards Perth. No point if I don't enjoy it. I have bigger fish to fry anyway at the moment, so if it ain't fun, no point in putting other stuff off.
