Sunday 18th of April is the Black Dog Ride from Sunny Bridgetown to Busselton, It's to raise awareness about depression/ Mental Illness and to raise money.
8am at the old Railway station for a cooked breakfast put on by the Lions, then a ride to Nannup (great roads) Coffee stop in Nannup, then on to Busso for a Lions Saussage sizzle, entertainment, bike display, mental health expo etc at about 1pm
Riders are also invited to the Bridgetown Hotel the evening before the ride where a special upstairs area has been offered for a meal and drinks ( your cost), table bookings req 97611034.Accomodation is also available.
Google Black Dog Ride if you want more info.

Now I know alot of club members (those who don't ride GSA's) might suffer from depression, and those who own 800gs's might be bordering on Mental Illness  so I recon the Club should put in a bit of effort for this one.
So who's up for it?, if we get a group we can book a table at the pub for Saturday night, If anyone want's to camp, your more than welcome at our place (Lawn), were 20 k's out of town on 13 acres or get a room at the pub, Caravn park, hotel...

So there are no reasons why you shouldn't come down and support a good cause, Yeh you will more than likely have to buy breaky etc but your money will help out.
So if we get some response we can book a table etc at the pub, go on, you know you wan't to.
P.M me if you want any more info

Hi Richard,

Heard about this on the radio today. Was thinking of going along for the ride until I realised that I have the Fire Brigade AGM this Sunday also - damn. Can't really miss that one unfortunately.

A very worth while cause.

Hope you have a great ride.

Graham
