Only a few people have emailed to say that they will attend, if you intend coming along please advise ASAP. If we don't get enough responses we may call off the event. Setting up for only a few people is too much work

Sabine and myself plan to attend your little soiree although we dont have any pictures to share about bike stories. Certainly nothing I would like to make public )
However, we understand fully if there are not enough people attending to make it worthwhile. If the numbers are low then cancelling is fine.
If the numbers are low then just advise on the forum. I can still revert to plan "B" for Saturday night which would involve a bottle of wine or two and perhaps watching a couple of blokes ride the Road of Bones.

Toni and I are cancelling the BBQ & Brag Night due to a very low responce rate. If greater interest is shown we will be happy to reschedule to another date.

Hope this doesn't inconvenience anybody too much.

Thanks for your efforts in being willing to host an evening of laughs and stories of biking trips and adventures.

Unfortunately there was not enough numbers to make it worthwhile this time around. Dont be discouraged,
there will be other times. Maybe its a timing thing for most people. We are certainly booked up with stuff these days and most of it is nothing to do with bikes! Dam annoying but thats life.
