Even with Swampy bike less and holidaying down south the mid week ride will continue.
So leaving Gloria Jeans Ascot 8:00am to mosey up to Mojos Mundaring for a 9:15ish am departure to somewhere.

The weather bureau was correct with a lovely sunny day and low twenties max temp. A smaller contingent at Mojos than expected with B5, Vic, Wes, Fiery Ross, Mark, DFS and Nick. A late start had us touring through Parkerville to hit OBrian then the woop de doos before Brigadoon and a scenic descent onto GNH. DFS, Fiery Ross, Vic and B5 had other tasks to complete so they had left us by this time to leave four to continue to Bullsbrook and the picturesque Chittering Valley. Julimar Rd and Coondle West had us onto the Toodyay to Bindi Bindi Rd heading to our lunch destination of Calingiri.
Sitting outside, low twenties temperature, shining sun was a pleasant setting to consume pies, sausage rolls and the traditional toasties. Chatting about demises of friends and acquaintances due to cancer was a serious discussion that made us all realise how lucky we are and to value every moment of life and don’t hesitate to buy that new BM cause you do not know what tomorrow brings.
Back on our bikes quickly gave us a more relaxed state of mind as we headed out of Calingiri to Goomalling. Stopped on the way to suck in the peaceful surroundings of the wheat pasture before stopping in Goomalling to fuel up. Onto Northam and the Spencer Brook Rd, GNH, Coates Rd, Wundowie, Wooroloo, Chidlow, Mt Helena, Stoneville and to the ride end in Mundaring.
