Hi folks, I won't be riding tomorrow but may come up for a coffee at Mojo's!
Maybe Brian/5 will take up the reins this week?
Enjoy your ride!

Thursday 25th
"I love a sunburnt country, a land of sweeping plains.
Of rugged mountain ranges, of droughts and flooding rains.
I love her far horizons, I love her jeweled sea.
Her beauty and her terror, the wide brown land for me."

Re: Thursday 25th
I'll be there for coffee only. I will bring my Motoscan and if anyone want their RDC changed over to PSI we will get it done before you go of on the ride.

Re: Thursday 25th
As Swampy was absent we decided on Toodyay for a change. Five elected to go for a ride
Departing Mojo’s was Brian in the lead, followed by Chris, Steve, Eddy, with Nick as TEC.
The route out was via a south-eastern loop. The usual rat-run to get us to Bakers Hill for a quick refuelling stop. Then it was via Clackline, Spencers Brook, Burges, Throssell and Grass Valley. A brief photographic stop at the Jennacubbine horse statue, and then through Mumberkine to finally arrive at the Cola Café Toodyay.
Several large trucks going in the opposite direction on the narrow Grass Valley S Road gave some confidence in the ability of my R9T to handle gravel verges. It was lucky that they passed on the straight section and not on the bends.
After chips, toasties and burgers it was time to head home. Steve & Nick elected to head directly back via Toodyay Road. The remainder carried on down Julimar, with Eddy peeling off on Chittering Road to head back through Muchea. That left Brian & Chris to carrying on through Bullsbrook via Great Northern Highway for home.
Thanks to all for your company and a very enjoyable ride in ideal conditions.
My round-trip distance was 309kms

Thank you Brian for planning and leading an interesting ride on roads less-travelled. An enjoyable day out.
