Mark turned up at Gloria Jeans Ascot expecting to get fuel but the Shell has now gone with the servo in the process of being converted to Atlas Fuels. Other than fog along the river the sun was showing its presences. Mark had enough fuel to get to Mundaring so with B/5 in the lead we departed for Mojos via a northern deviation. Just before reaching edge of the National Park, we saw the biggest Roo since being up north just sitting upright on someone’s drive. Luckily, he just decided to watch us ride pass.
After refuelling in Mundaring, Mark joined B/5, DFS, Ross and Nick at Mojo’s.

The DDD was for a short ride to Toodyay so Ross could get back and add another coat of paint. Nick has other duties so headed for home. The ride to Toodyay was down to Parkerville, Obrien/Berry Road and up to River Rd to enter Toodyay via Folewood Road. The last section along Toodyay Road was blanketed with fog restricting visibility otherwise a good run out, with extra care needed on some of the wet corners.

After having multi grain toasties at the Cola Cafe, with the sun shining, the route home was down Julimar & the Chittering Valley. Mike the owner is expected to shortly be moved to Rehad and hopefully after a period will return to the Café. The emus were out in force with several mobs spread across various paddocks. A brief stop in Bullsbrook to say our goodbye before making our separate way home. We just caught the edge of a shower on leaving Bullsbrook, with the fog and wet corners only added interest to the ride.

Thanks All
B/5
