Thursday February 2 DOME BYFORD
Time for a change so leaving Gloria Jeans Ascot 7:30am, yes 7:30am, to journey to DOME BYFORD for a 9:15amish departure to Harvey to lunch at the Harper Street Cafe and Bakery mmmm. Or to wherever the majority decide.

Re: Thursday February 2 DOME BYFORD
Five starters at GJ’s for the hills run to Byford. Another four at Dome Byford with Leftie, Swampy, Rob, Nick, TEC the young Mr Grice joining me for the run to Harvey. Rear tyre on Lefties Starship Enterprise had a puncture which was a little different. No sign of a nail or screw, but water revealed the penetration. Plugged easily and held for the whole run.
Got to the Harper Street Cafe and Bakery to indulge in yummy pies and Continental Rolls and drinks. Normal entertainment during eating.
Enjoyed the run South so retraced out route north with riders peeling off to go home.
Thanks to all for a great day and Chris G for superb TEC duties.

Re: Thursday February 2 DOME BYFORD
hi peter
another well planned ride / route. very much enjoyed the scenery there & back and as you say the normal sort of banter/conversation over coffees and also lunch was most entertaining. got a bit hot on the way home as it hit 36c on the freeway, but a 1/2 naked swim in the pool certainly cooled me down.
