Re: Thursday February 23 DOME KELMSCOTT
The excellent weather attracted 4 riders at GJ’s with another 3 at Dome Kelmscott. But it was only Mr Grice, Digger and Wightman who joined me on the ride to Pinjarra Bakery in Waroona.
We tracked through Kelmscott and along the southern bound railway to Mundijong and Serpentine, along the SWH into North Dandalup and up Dell Park Rd to Dwellingup. We all had a laugh at a couple of Harley’s with high Ape Hangers suitable only for …. well Apes!!!
A very pleasant glide through the Nangers soon had us in Waroona munching on pies, pasties and rolls. Much discussion on past and future holidays.
The return journey was Coronation, etc through to Coolup and to Pinjarra then Corio, Hopeland, Kargotich and Tonkin to home,
Thanks to all for the great company and to superb TEC duties by young Mr Grice.
