22 Ricochet Ride

An excellent turnout this morning at Dome Vic Park with Nick back riding on his highly polished and repaired GS. The cooler weather meant record numbers for a plain Sunday ride with 22 saddling up to ricochet backwards and forwards through the Bickley Valley. Corner marking worked exceptionally well with all of the changes in directions being effectively covered. Ralph, Bryan, Sean, Brian/5, Paul, Noel, Richard S, JonO, Nev, David P, R90S Mark, Graeme, Mick S, Nick 3Amps, Pete 2 Volts, Medic Mike, James, Rainer, The Young Mr Grice, Danny, Peter Bee and Bozo dodging cyclists and leaf litter to wind their way to a stop at Mundaring Weir.

After a run on Reen Road we turned off on Lillie Road to get to Tilden Drive and Old Coach Road before linking back on to Toodyay Road at Preedy Road. Given the corners have no advisory limits it will be a more interesting ride when we have run over it a few times with lots of corners and changes in direction. 18 made to the Gidgegannup Bakery where the ride home was plotted - Reserve Road, Berry Road, Clenton Road, OBrien Road, Lancewood Avenue and a link on Campersic Road to Boulonnais Drive to remerge on Campersic Road. The ride ended at the intersection of Campersic Road and Toodyay Road.
Thanks to Peter Bee for running as tail and Charlie and the corner markers who made such a convoluted ride work.
