Forecast warm with possible late showers, sounds OK. Leaving Gloria Jeans Ascot at 7:30am to traverse to DOME BYFORD for a 9:15am departure to possibly Harvey but DDD of course.

Brilliant turn out for the southern conclave with 15 persons turning up at Dome on the promise of a convoluted run to a southern junction. Great to see Digger with his imminent career change (sounded like career). Dean turned up on a schmick K1600B. Nick and Mick caused confusion by sitting next to each other.

As per the above posts we had a great turnout on a perfect riding day. The destination was revised to the Brunswick Junction Bakery which suited the larger number of 13 riders.
The highlights were the Mornington/Martin/Sandlewood Roads diversion prior to lunch and B/5’s ingenious and innovative return ride incorporating Raymond/Alma/Alverstoke/Clifton/Partridge/Campbell and Bernie’s Roads to get us back onto Hope and Government and the usual Harvey return home run.
Thanks to Mick’s TEC duties and B/5’s leading us home. A memorable 400kms, very relaxing.
