.
Another large turnup at Gloria Jeans for the ride to Kelmscott.
Eighteen riders gathering at Kelmscott, with 17 leaving for the ride.
Peter Bee took the lead to head for Harvey, via Mundijong and on to Pinjarra. A loop across towards the hills before turning for a stop at Coolup, Then the usual backroads via Bristol, Johnston & Eckersley Roads to the Harper Street Bakery & Café.
After lunch the lead was passed to B/5 to carry on for more roads south via Mornington / Martin Roads. This provided an interesting set of corners, some with gravel spread across them. Then west of the South Western Hwy to take backroads up to Yarloop. Continuing on backroads up to Old Bunbury Road and on to Pinjarra for a refuelling stop and to say our goodbyes.
Some returned home via Corio and Hopeland Road. Diverting up to Mundijong and on to Thomas Rd before heading home along the Tonkin Hwy.
With the numbers on the ride corner marking was used successfully to keep the group flowing without any problems.
Another enjoyable day out riding. Thank all for your company.
