Forecast little chance of rain and cold - ideal winter ride weather. Come and join us for a mind cleansing experience. Please all attendees think of some groovy destination and/or take the lead for the sheep to follow.
Leaving chilly Ascot Gloria Jeans at 7:30am to mojo to Mojos and leave there at 9:15am ish for somewhere warmer, possibly.

Well Astro served up dry, but cold weather and a fantastic ride to Quairading.
6 degrees as I led 7 up the Scarp to Mojos with the temperature plummeting to 3 then 1 briefly. The priority at Mojos was to get the gas heater going, with MMMark replacing an empty gas bottle and then providing some warmth without an explosion.
Astro Rob had kindly offered to lead us on a novel route to Quairading so he led a group of 7 hoping to catch the feeble sunshine. Motored through Stoneville, Mt Helena, Chidlow, Wooroloo, Wundowie, Bakers Hill, Clackline, Eadine Rd, Trimmer Rd and Spencer’s Broook Rd. Heading towards York in the valley the temperature unexpectedly dropped to 1 with fog at 10:15am. Most unusual! Comfort stop in York and defrosting.
Left York with sunshine starting to burn off the fog heading towards Northam but diverting via Quellington, Mannavale, Goldfields, taking a right at the Cunderdin to Quairading Rd and gliding into the quaint Quairading Golden Grain Cafe and Bakery. We doubled the numbers in the Café and were able to help local Lynn celebrate her birthday by singing Happy Birthday and being awarded with a slice of cake. Good old country mingling.
The return trip was towards York with a diversion via Dawson to Beverley and Waterhatch and our favourite Talbots to finish the ride at The Lakes.
Thanks to all for solid corner marking and a special big thanks to Astro Rob for proposing Quairading and seamlessly leading. :|
